This questionnaire is the first step in helping me understand your project, your needs, and your design preferences so I can recommend the most suitable service and prepare your custom quote. It should take around 8 to 12 minutes to complete.
Please answer as thoroughly as you can, but do not worry if you are unsure about some details yet. Approximate information is absolutely fine, and you can skip non-required questions if needed.
 
Before starting, please prepare if available:
Current photos of the space, A floor plan or approximate measurements, Inspiration images or a Pinterest board, An estimated budget range

Once I receive your questionnaire and documents, I will review everything carefully and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with the recommended service, your custom quote, and the next steps.
