What is E-Design
The E-Design services are the perfect option for clients who want an affordable, collaborative solution to designing their home.
With E-Design, after an initial consultation which includes a detailed questionnaire, we will deliver to you via email a customized floor plan, concept boards, color palette and a detailed shopping list; and help you with the technical details if needed.
The end result is that you have a professional looking beautiful and functional design.

How is it Different?
We love choices and we think you do too. In first we will be delivering a full project with floor plans and mood boards so we can have a solid base to work on. Additionally, we do more than just select individual pieces for your room. Rather, we create a customized design to meet your needs that includes wall treatments ( wallpaper, art, etc.) coordinating with the right paint color(s), windows treatment options, ceiling design options, a complete lighting plan, including ceiling fixtures, and detailed installation instructions, including lighting placement.
You can ask for 2 revisions and we can go all over again with a new design concept, with new deliveries. You will have all the information you need to choose the best design for your space.
How it Works
We accompany you to carry out your decoration project yourself by providing you with ideas and decoration advice from a distance.

ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE
The questionnaire will help us to really understand your design style and your needs/desires for your new space(s). We will also ask you to include measurements of your room(s) or space(s), and Don’t worry – We will show you how if needed!, your target budget range and photos of your existing space as well as inspiration images, or invite us to join your Pinterest Board.
(Everything will be detailed in the questionnaire)
We will email you 2 floor plan options for your review. This is a top down view of your room(s)/space(s) showing 2 different options for furniture and lighting placement. Your role is to select the one that best meets your functional preferences for the space.

Happy day! Once everything is ready for you, we will email you the entire design package for your review. This will include a concept board option with all selected furnishings, paint palette suggestion, wall treatments (as needed), window treatments, curated shopping list with links including artwork and lighting placement.

You can ask for 2 revisions.
You can decide if you need minor revisions like having a new furniture selection or update some colors, or a 1 major revision like a new design concept with new mood boards.
We will take care of this and email back to you the updated design, and then follow-up with you to see if you have any additional questions.

REVISIONS AS NEEDED
Now comes the fun part
- IMPLEMENT THE DESIGN -
We encourage you to purchase the new furnishings for your room(s) or space(s) as soon as possible, as stock availability on items can change at any time.
Once your new room is set-up, We would love to see pictures so we can see your beautiful new design come to life!
We will also provide 4 weeks of post-design support.

PRICE: ON ESTIMATE

Depending on the area studied and the complexity of the request, a quote will be sent to you along with the design brief.
A 100% deposit by bank transfer or PayPal will be requested upon signing the quote.

The services put together a design plan that will allow you to actually create the look you are going for by providing you the links to actual items that will fit within your space and budget. We will help you through out all the process and provide as much recommendations as I can to create your dream space.
Once we receive the completed questionnaire, pictures and all needed measurements, an e-mail will be sent with all the details of your project. Depending on the size of the project it can take at least one week, but we keep in touch to discuss any needed details.
Yes! If you already have furniture you want to use we can definitely include them in the design plan. We just ask that you send a picture of the item or a link to it online if you would like it to be added to the visual files.
We create a wish list with clickable links. Please add the stores of your choice, however don't exceed 3 websites, so it's easier for the search.
